FAQs

How will I know how much a project will cost?

After I receive your request for support, I will reply with an estimate of the time required.

How do I pay my bill?

Your bill can be paid either by company or personal check, or via PayPal.

Is there an extra charge for Quick-turn around project?

All of my clients are charged the same rate.  All work is completed on a first-come-first-served basis.  If your project is urgent, please contact me so that I can let you know the estimated completion based on my current workload.

How will my project be delivered to me?

Normally, all projects and deliverables will be sent via email.  If digital media is required it can be mailed to your address.

If you are located in Central Brevard, your projects can be delivered to your home or office.

How long does it normally take to ___________?

Each and every task/project has its own uniqueness.  Upon receiving your request for services, I will notify you of an estimated amount of billable hours to complete the task.

No work is billed to you until you notify me, unless a prior arrangement has been made.  If upon start of the work, my estimate is not accurate, you will be notified and be given the option to continue the project.

 Are you hiring?

Currently, I complete all of the projects and tasks personnally.  In some rare circumstances, I may outsource some work to sub-contractors (e.g. printing, graphic design, postage metering, etc.).   If you have a speciality that you think may be of use as a sub-contractor, please feel free to contact me using the form on the site.

Do you charge extra for materials?

Most of the work that is accomplished does not require large amounts of materials.  Large printing jobs are sub-contracted out to other print providers.  You will be billed the actual amounts that I incur.

Do you build/create websites?

I personally do not design and program websites, but I can help you get your small business up and running online using a "quick-to-market" software developed by my husband called KwikSite.  Many websites are now utilizing this software solution to meet their needs.  In fact, the website you are currently viewing is powered by KwikSite.
